has any one done a carb ls1 with factory ecu i have the msd it sucks

are you using the edelbrock msd or the msd 6010,, i just got the msd 6010 and it is great, low rev limit, high rev limit, nitrous retard, vacuum advance, program your own timing curve for rpm and for vacuum

Old "Classic" ain't gonna pay no $175 for shiny red box......... He'll give ya $25 and a kick in the stones for it..

The one on ebay is the edelbrock box. It uses chips to change the timing. I had that box on my car for a while and could never find a chip that my car would run good with. The timing was either too fast or too slow.

still haveing problems does any one have the black cam sensor laying arounf that mounts to the front the gray one will not work with msd
