Default will this x-pipe work? i drew a picture lol

ok, this might defy the point on an X-pipe but i want all of your opinions on it. im running duals, no Y pipe and i want to have an x-pipe. i have little space soo the only place i can do the X is right under the rear tail shaft of the transfer case. the x would have to be like shown in this pic.

any suggestions would be appreciated

well in that case it would prob just be smarter to go with an "H" pipe just for sound and forget about performance yea?

I know this is off your radar but since this is in a Jeep and torque is important, how about a Y-pipe into a singel 3-3.5" system. The single exhaust would promote better lowend torque and be easier to put under a Jeep.

well, i tried a Y-pipe (its what i have right now) but it doesnt allow room for the front driveshaft to move up and down (like flexing on rocks etc.) right now i dont have the front drive shaft on because if i hit a bump w/ it will ram up against the exhaust pipe and rip everything apart lol

i found this piece fabed up on the internet, wouldnt something like this defy the point of an X pipe? exhaust would just be running into each other instead of creating a vacuum effect.. ??????

if this would work- let me know because this is exactly what i need
