Default New Project Same 72 2wd blazer

Here is my current project, it is a 72 2wd blazer the is going to lay frame on 20's. It will be getting a 03 LQ4 converted to LQ9 with some differnet heads, cam, ls6, intake, and t56 or 4l80e (can't decide). The front suspension is 94 c4 corvette that will have shochwaves, and the rear has the factory trailing setup with nextel cup car trailing arms and a 8" step notch and some type of bags. I am going to build a watts link for the rear also. More to come.

I was always a fan of the early blazers and that is a very nice one. I love seeing them lowered rather than lifted. Good luck with your project looks liked you have a good start.

Here is a little progress, got me a 8.8 and was doing a little mock up so I took some pics. Got my nascar rear trailing arms, rear bags, and most of the work done on the front rails. More to come at some point.

Sleeve type bags have more lift than convoluted bags and ride better on a over the axle setup like I am doing. Those bags have right at 11" of travel.
Thanks for the compliment
