Your fuel pressure is fine. You need to check to see if you have spark, then get a noid light to see if you have injector pulses. However one point of concern may be the voltage you were mentioning at the injectors. Is that reading being taken by reading between the two wires at the inj connector while you are cranking it over or is it KOEO. IF that is how you are doing that may be why you are getting the voltage readings you are. Turn the key on and test the pink wire at the injector connector with a test light to verify you have 12 V. Then use a multimeter to determine exactly how much power is ther voltage wise. Check that post it all back here and we'll see if we can work you through it. Do you have access to a scanner to check crank rpm while the motor is spinning over and to get at other data. It would start and die if the VATS was the problem but did you have the VATS tuned out. Good luck
