Default third gen swap

i am doing the swap and trying to fiqure out where to put the ecm any help will be great

In the engine compartment if youre using a stock harness, or under the dash if you use an aftermarket supplier. You could always extend the wires of the stock harness to put it where you want. I placed mine under the dash, @ the OEM location.

You mean the heater core? Yea, it'll fit. It's a tighter fit than the stock ECM but it works. You'll just need to create a bracket to hold it in place.

I put mine in the stock location. NO extension of the PCM wires was needed... Only a handful of the wires for the three "C" connectors needed tobe lengthened a bit, but only because I wanted those connectors to sit on the wheel well just like on the 4th gens. I could have gotten away without extending them.
