i have a procharged ls1 video on here of my truck running without the power steering pump. it used to have one, but the procharger threw the belt and it sawed into the reservoir and killed the pump. ive been running it now for a couple weeks and have`nt had any problems. the belt comes extremly close, but does`nt touch the bracket bolts.

You are in luck. I just put one on ebay. Please shoot me an email with a reasonable offer and it's yours.

Are you running P/S ?

I just bought an Idler pulley from NAPA and in process of adapting it to the engine in place of the pump.

i did put a power box on it (i still have the manual one) and was not sure what to do yet. right now i just want to be able to run it, i'll worry about the power steering later on.

if you come up with any way of useing an idler let me know.

I think we are having spacers made right now to do the idler pulley setup. If not, we could make a bracket for you. We do it on the dyno all the time.
