check to make sure the wire has continuity. should be pin C on connector, C2(Red)-67 on computer. Also, Pin B on connector should be going to C2-61, and pin A should be going to ground.

found the problem. turns out that my painless harness people did not do their job right. the red w/ white stripe wire going from the pcm to the coils connector was never crimped in the connector at the coils connector plug. i will be calling painless to let them know of this. not that they will care, but they need to know.

Default No spark on #2 coil

My name is Gary Wright. I am the National Sales Manager at Painless. Just wanted to say we DO want to know about your harness issue. We work very hard to produce a quality harness. Each completed harness is connected to a test board that tests continuity on every circuit. Please contact our Tech Support line at 800 423 9696. Speak with any of the techs and discuss what you found. If you have the original box please have it handy. There is a work order number on the box. From that we can see which employees did the different operations in the construction process. This enables us to check for any manufacturing problems or determine if it was just a random error. Sorry you had a problem with the harness. I know how frustrasting that can be.

Gary
