Default Question About Drive-By-Wire Throttle Setups.

Hey Everyone.

Im swapping a '04 5.3L motor into my iroc, and im currently working out a throttle setup.

Ive got a drive-by-wire throttlebody here, and the harness wired for it. What do i need to make it work?

Im under the assumption i need a pedal assembly, TAC module, and a wiring setup. Where do the wires plug into?

Theres a big connector near the ECM that i know is for the cruise, however i dont want cruise anymore, so is it ok for me to delete that plug and still work the DBW TB?

Thanks for the help!

Default

There is a plug on the engine harness that plugs into the TAC module(theres 2 plugs going into the TAC module). Then your harness off the TAC module to your pedal assembly.
