I was having issues with my conversion running because My fuel rail was only getting 35 psi and the return line was shooting all the fuel back to the tank.I cut apart the filter and found a blown seal at the return port.Was this bad luck or is my walbro 255 100psi pump to strong for this style of filter?.(aftermarket)

Could have been just a defect , you didn't hook it up wrong did you?

Thanks for the response,the filter was hooked up right.5/16 to return,3/8 male inlet,3/8 female outlet.

My Vette filter has worked fine with my Racetronix 255lph pump for several thousand miles with no problems. I'd try to get wouever you bought it from to replace it as defective.

um where is the regulator at on the ls2 rails??

Was this a real Delco filter/regulator or a Wix?

I am unsure of the brand,it was not G.M
