Just for the shifter. Here is mine, transmission mounted all the way up in the tunnel. ATS plates. You can see where the origional shifter hole was for the 3 speed manual and OHC car. The hole the previous owner made for the TH400 auto shifter landed right where i had to cut the bigger hole out. Maybe that was the origional shifter hole, i'm not too sure.

Here's a pic of mine (ATS plates & crossmember) where you can see the original '68 shifter hole and how I had to extend it:

Rodder your transmission is in backwards :-D What shifter is that? It looks pretty short? Maybe my transmission just sits up higher though.

It's the Hurst Billet/Plus #391-5061. The stick it comes with (pictured) is Hurst #538-7238, which is 7.50" from the bottom shift attachment hole to the center of the **** and is completely straight. I'd like something that positions the **** and 2" lower and 2" farther back.

Here's a pic of my interior mostly assembled, think the shifter is in 1st gear:

One of these days I'm going to try the Steeda handle (really short!) from my '00 Mustang and see how I like it in the Camaro. I already redrilled it to fit the Hurst Billet/Plus that I run on the T45 in the 'stang, so it'll bolt right to the Hurst in the Camaro. http://www.steeda.com/products/steed...ter_handle.php
