Default Radiator hoses A body guys help!

I need radiator hoses now for my LS1 A body swap. I'm running a stock 4-core radiator.

I've done some searches and haven't come up with much - seen some that look nice in pics though.

Local parts store wasn't much help. Maybe I need to try another.

I'd rather not use the universal hoses. I'd like a stock appearance.

Pic shows hoses from my old olds motor...

Anyone have a place for me to start?

Eric

I was able to purchase gates dual diameter flex hose from e-bay. I bought (2) 1-3/4 to 1-1/2 hoses and bought a hose reducer sleeve kit from summit to get to 1-1/4.

You can also purchase the stainless kits that come with adapters many suppliers carry these.

Give Jags that Run a call. They have nice aluminum couplers that will take the lower 1 3/4" hose and reduce it to 1 5/8", and reduce the upper 1 1/2" hose down to 1 5/16". With the couplers you should be able to piece multiple hoses together to get the right shape. I just ordered my parts from them today for my GTO.

Try these numbers for the upper Dayco DAO71500 or Goodyear M60875.I think the better of the two is going to be the Dayco#.I too am using the oe style radiator.I did however remove the metal radiator filler between the radiator support and the radiator,so I would have more room for my electric fans.If you have not bought fans yet, check you local junk yard for a 99ish Dodge/Chry mini van. They have dual fan assemblies that are cheap ($25)and fit the 1st gen oe Chevelle radiators great!

I'll check my lower radiator #s

oops! Should have looked at the photo, clearly not a 1st gen Chevelle
