Default power steering lines

I am doing an LS1 conversion onto an older 70's Corvette chassis and now I am down to just the power steering. Has any one found a way of running the high pressure line from the new power steering pump to the old vette I gues you would call it a ram style or early attempt at a rack unit.
The newer pump fittings are the nicer high pressure fittings and the older vette stuff is simple single flare fitings. I could have a line made up with the proper ends on each end but the line daimaters are also different with the older line being smaller. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated. Thanks Dan

This has been done a lot using a 16mm o-ring to a AN adpater on the pumps high pressure side. Then using a Flare to AN adapter on the box. But you must use the correct type of hose.. I used the Russell adapter and the Teflon lined hose.

If you search on the forum.. you will find many have asked this same question.
