Default 2-inch or 3-inch diverter valve?

I'm looking for a valve to switch between two different low-pressure air sources. It's actually for my new Vintage Air GEN-IV AC system in my '68--I want something that will switch between fresh air and recirculated (interior) air. The VA system normally only recirculates, with the blower inlet just sitting there in the interior. My idea is to lay up a fiberglass duct to fit over the blower inlet and adapt it to a standard hose size, run that to a diverter valve of some sort, run one side of the diverter to the right hand astrovent hole in the cowl, and leave the other side of the diverter open to suck interior air for recirculation.

Any ideas?
