P.S. Did you use an f-body radiator?
This radiator is a universal aluminum we installed in this car when it was still a 5.0L. It was only a couple of months old and fit great, so we decided to try and reuse it. I will try to find the part number and manufacturer and post it tomorrow.

The part number for the radiator is a Northern 209624. It usually sells for around $250.

I would greatly appreciate more info on the pedal assembly, can you use f-body pedals?

Just use the pedal assembly from the gen fbody your trans is from. If lt t56 use pedals from 93-97 f-body otherwise use 98+ pedals for 98+ trans. Just so the clutch master is at the proper spot. But you can really use either or if your drilling your own hole in the firewall for the master.

I had to modify the factory Mustang pedals to get the correct geometry. I tried using LS1 F-body pedals, but they were going to require so much modification that it didn't look like it was going to be worth it.

Here are some pictures of what had to be done to the firewall and pedals.

Modified Pedals

The clutch master cylinder attaches to the inside of the bottom stud on the lever in the above picture. The lever assembly was "finish welded" after about a dozen mock-ups and test runs, but I don't have a picture of it.

Here's a picture of the pedals from the front. As you can see, there was plenty of room for the clutch master cylinder pushrod to ride to the left of the brake booster pushrod.

Default AJE/kooks/steering shaft

94Firehawk161, Did you run into any issues at all with steering shaft clearance even with running the kooks headers which are designed for the swap?
