Default 1975 Mbg + Ls1 / T56??

Has anyone ever doen one?? Found a smokin deal on an mgb and the thought of an ls1 in it just wont escape my mind....

my uncle has a tr6 that never moves I'm trying to convince him that I need it so i can do a swap. But I have too much going on right now. I say buy it

I didn't look at the links above, but I'm betting if someone did one, it'll take alot of mods.

The Rover V8 is a tight fit in it. Forget about T56 in the stock tunnel.

Back in '79, I put a '63 Olds 215ci V8 in a '64 Datsun Fairlady (roadster). Looks the same as an MGB, but much fewer safety features. I was lucky, got home after a 90mph maiden ride on the freeway, and when I got back, I found I forgot to bolt the body onto the frame. Good thing I was a teen then and immortal.
