Default Functional Shaker Scoop on 2nd Gen TA

I finished the mold last weekend and started to lay the fiberglass. I need to add some nuts on the inside for mounting to the engine, lay one more layer of fiberglass and then spray on the gel coat. I may also try to eliminate the third elbow to reduce some of the restriction in the air flow. Currently I have two 4" 90's and and a 4" 68 degree elbow.

Looks great. Are you going to put a panel filter inside the hole?

I sized the hole to use the same filter as the new Jeep GC's.

Good going, I fab'd up a X Brace that used the four Fuel Rail bolts and the EGR bolt to to secure my air box. Then just used one long carb bolt to secure my air filter.

Thanks for the picture. I was going to use a stud for the fuel rail bolts but now I think I can run a plate down each side to bolt the air cleaner base to.

I finished mounting the air filter base. I made two brackets and bolted them to the fuel rail bolts.

You did a great job. The base looks a lot like the one Year one made for the Bandit car they did
