Default Chassis Harness and HVAC Box

Hello Im in the process of going from a 96 lt1 camaro with a a4 to a 2000 ls1 engine and t56 transmission. I am wondering two things here. My factory lt1 chassis harness is missing a few plugs and ect. I was wondering if the connections inside the car such as the ignition switch and everything would match up if I stuck the ls1 chassis harness into my car using the ls1 underhood fuse box and everything such as fan control and all of that.

Also the hvac box. I want to run the ls1 air conditioning and the hvac boxes are different as far the ac inlets. To simplafy things I would like to swap them out as well?

Looking for some insight.

It's going to be a retrofit, you are going to have to do some wiring as the harnesses are not the same...... If you have the whole other car you could swap all harnesses and interior over and make it a bit easier/harder
