2007 Mustang with LS3 Swap
Hey guys i have a 2007 Mustang (V6) Recently did a motor swap to the 08 LS3 Vette Motor. Was a great investment knowing that GM motors always seem to beat the never changing Ford motors. Got it done about a month ago and am still having wet dreams about it.
I replaced the rear end with the 9" ford axle and put in 4.10 gears, LSD and replaced the 5 speed with the 6 speed. Was a pretty weird and hard swap but it worked out fine after all.
Its pushing 431 Horsepower and 427 Pounds.
The car weights 3250 pounds compared the the Vette weighing 3217.

Dont blame me for the darkness, its freakin raining and its all dirty dark out, tried opening the garage door for light but very little. The light over the Corvette embossment is from the faint Garage light. Plus old 1 MP camera lol. Anyway on with the show.
^^ The 3250 is with the mustang gutted. 34 or 3500 is the curb weight.
here is the original as what it started with from Dec 06 to May of 08. The standard 2007 V6 Engine with Intake exhaust headers pulley gears plugs and wires.
Then after receiving the LS3 Freight and a long month install from the local shop cuz they had apparent better things to do.

Wow, that company photoshopped in a pic of an LS3 for you huh?
You forgot to show your strut towers with the exception of one bolt on the passenger side.
Ban the *** with the v6 poostang.

you guys make some pretty good points, but I'm not convinced it's a photochop. If it is it's a good one, if not--that's a pretty cool disappearing strut tower trick!

It is a photochop, why do you have the vette windshield washer bottle, and abs distribution block and brake fluid reservoir, what happened to your radiator core support...looks kinda like a laid back vette radiator and cover. What happened to your shock towers, fuse box...you are definitely going to have to get better pictures. HAHAHAHAHAHA Take that crap to honda-tech, they might buy it.
edit: well fawk, i'm late...i tried to find a picture of the biggest flag possible and everyone posted up before me. o well
