IAC Differences = Idle Problems?

IAC Differences = Idle Problems? Are there any differences between the 2002 and previous year IACs? I have one from a 2000 chevy camaro I can't figure out why my idle keeps going up when driving around town. I've checked for vacuum leaks, loose bolts, and other things that could cause it. I'm using a harness out of a 2004 GMC Sierra on a LQ4 that is currently in a 1995 Chevy Impala SS. The motor is stock other than Street and Performance headers and a 78mm FAST throttle body.
