Default What is the "ORN/BLK PCM 34 PNP Switch Signal" wire for?

I cannot for the life of me figure out what this wire is for. Any insight on what this wire controls?

It's a park/neutral position switch wire, it's supposed to see ground in park and neutral. I believe it bumps the rpm up a little when you shift into drive, and they tell me that if you ever have to do a "crank learn", the pcm has to see that the car is in park or neutral.

That could be why i cannot find it! The Blue Theft Enable wire isn't needed if you've deleted vats is it?

Not if it's been programmed out, only if you're using a VATS bypass module would you need it.
