Default LS1 into my 1987 turbo 2 RX7 !!

I am going to be swapping in a 2002 LS1/T56 combo into my ride. I had plans on building a high compression 383 for it, but due to time constraints I am just going to swap in a stocker for now. Here are a few pics of my ride as it sits right now.

Stay tuned! Much more to come!!

Damnit Neil!! I just ordered my 1-7/8 jtr coated longtubes. I am sending out my pcm/harness to www.jimsperformance.com for some easy installation and tuning.

I also have a walbro, clutch line, pro 5.0 shifter, poly motor/tranny mounts on the way.

I am going to order all my braided lines and fittings this week as well. I hope to have it installed within 3 weeks or so.

Thanks
Nolan

What no door bars? Is that going to be a legal cage to pass inspection?

It will not be going fast enough to require door bars. I have them if I decide to put them in later though.

What size piping are you using for the exhaust? Im in a debate on what to do and the more info i gather on the swap the more tempted I am.
