Default Headers studs

I hope I am not the only one who thinks it is a pain to install headers in the car, by yourself, without dropping/damaging the gasket... So, is anyone using studs instead of the factory bolts? Does a company make a set?
That would be so much easier...

Factory flange gaskets have a slot at each end. Install header with end bolts only, leave bolts about 1/4" loose. Then slip gasket between head and flange, "mounting" it on end bolts. Then install the rest of the bolts, and torq it up in 2 steps: 11ftlb, then 18ftlb.
