Default seat belt guides

ok, so my drivers side guide is broken. The passenger side has a slit in the plastic for the belt to go into the guide. All the guides I see on ebay look like a solid ring of plastic??? Are the verts different?

I've broken both sides and gotten replacements from
dealerships locally. Not that bad a price.

I wish someone would make billet aluminum ones with
black anodized finish. No more breaky. Maybe some
day I'll fire up the TIG and make some out of bar
stock, bend/cut/weld/grind style.

6litereater is selling leather strap kind of belt loops,
I'm not a real fan of that look, but take it as one
example of what other things could be done for the
function. Use your imagination if you are short the
dough.

Convertibles, have unique seat belt guides. Like you said, they have a slot on top to remove the seat belt, to make back seat ingress and egress "easier" . . . .

The T-Top cars the seat belt routes down from the roof, and does not really conflict with backseat access . . .

So you have no plastic loops on the side of your seats? . . . Holes from the screws? . . .

The loops look like this:

Maybe seats were swapped in from a non-'vert?

Nope, my interior is all original. Black and red tweed. And no Guides. Why would they make one without guides?

1994 being the first year of the ragtop, GM hadn't designed them yet? . .

Actually looking at the 1994 parts list, doesn't appear that any 94 Camaro had a seat belt guides . . . ?

That part # list is pretty sweet. Ive tried to find these for the last few weeks and all the dealers around here told me that you had to buy the whole belt assy. However with the part number you can mysteriously get just the guide,,,Hmmm

I had the same problem. I then showed him where it was in their computer catalog. He said "wow I didn't think you could order just those." I told him maybe he shouldn't think so much and read the catalog. Some of those parts guys at dealerships aren't much better than the kids at autozone. There are some good ones that will bend over backwards to help you though.
