Default need help with a convertible

Got a question here, my gf is looking at this 95 trans am vert, but the top is broken, is there anything yo9u can do to avoid buying a whole new top? i dont know anything bout verts, so is there a motor or something else that you can buy seperatly that can fix it?

Depends on what exactly is broken. Almost every part is replaceable.

ok lets say this the motor and pump are bad, would that be over 500?

Not on Ebay. They motor/pump units are generally $80-100.

My 2002 has over 112K on it, the top goes up and down just about every day, no issues yet.
