Have a couple ideas floating around, this happens to be one of them. Going to remove the 3rd brake light, smooth out the trunk, and put in a row of very small LEDs.

I think it will be a nice upgrade, will take quite a bit of work but the end result will be worth it. I also have an idea for a modernization of the tail lights, but one thing at a time.

Looking now for a deck lid to cut up, will keep mine original.

SLP made a similar led setup on one they made but was very limited. None for vert though.

I've seen that one, have also seen some installs of Cadillac LED light bars as well. I'm looking for this to be a very subtle mod, with the LEDs being visible only when the brakes are on. Not too many small LED strips available, might have to find a deck lid to drill some holes in....
