Default Finally got my new top finished

Took me damn near a year to finish it along with some other upgrades. I vastly overestimated the free time I would have with a new baby...

Beautiful car! Does your rear window have the defroster? Trying to find new window without so easier to tint!

I was also going to wrap by top boot in hugger orange vinyl but it proved unworkable so I ended up painting it. I still have some interior work to do. Going to wrap the interior in a combination of hugger orange vinyl and white leather.

Originally the car came with a defroster but I went without one this time for a cleaner look and it doesn't get driven in the winter anyway. Cheaper also.

I went with a top from www.convertibletopguys.com.

Looks really sharp! White is such a bear to keep clean but looks great. Best of luck with everything.

Thanks! I keep it garaged and under a cover most its life but ya, I know it's going to be more difficult to keep clean. I wouldn't do it on a daily driver.

Other than the two cut outs on each end for the plugs not sure why that would be that much harder to tint?

What a great looking car. Love the stripes and the houndstooth interior. What was your experience like with CTG? I'm looking at replacing either the rear section, or the entire top on my wife's SS. Would be interested in hearing about your experience, either here or in a PM.

Thanks all! I'm really happy with it.

They were really awesome to order from. When I was unsure on fabric and color they sent me some samples. I actually went with a Mustang fabric (gasp) as I thought the pattern was more rich and color a better match to the car's color.
