Default Won a 'Top 25'. Any other car show 'vert owners?

Any other F-body convertible owners attend car shows? I take my '01 T/A to several each year. Here are a few photos from a local show 10 days ago. Only 68 registered cars but still beat out many nice rides.

That would be great news!
Thanks for the compliment. The taupe color is tougher to keep clean but it is holding up well after 13 years.

I do a lot of cruise nights but rarely enter any shows. Buddy of mine just picked up a 99 ws6 vert, and he's getting into the cruise night thing with me. We definitely enjoy it, as does wife. Congrats on the trophy.

Thanks! Cruising is just as much fun when with friends and the right crowd.

I do shows every weekend. I love it. I have some top ten awards for my vert. My favorites are the ones that specify Camaro. I got one at an all Camaro show for best fourth gen modified. Two of the others are best Camaro 1986 or newer, that one is three feet tall, another is best Camaro 2000-2010. Soon I plan on getting a 1968 RS Camaro can't wait to take that to a show.

Very cool trophies! Nice going. I really like those 'hockey stick' stripes on the Camaro. I'm surprised they aren't more popular.

I would love to make it to a show like Carlisle! Maybe one day. Gotta go to Super Chevy out here next year. That's a show I would love to show at again, I did it in 2008 but the car was pretty plain then. I am surprised and glad that many don't sport the Hockey Puck stripes. Thanks.

Chevyguy2001, that is quite impressive! Nice!
The Super Chevy shows are very enjoyable (although expensive) to enter, and just to attend. I won an 'outstanding in class' trophy for my '87 Chev Aerocoupe at the Bristol Motor Speedway in '13.

All the shows around here are rigged. Everyone that wins knows the guy handing out the trophy or favoritism falls into play.

Very true at many shows, not just in your area. Make a point NOT to attend those shows in the future. They fade away in time. I've even seen that occur at church shows. Now that's bad!!
