Default Borla install

hey guys and gals i have a 2000 trans am convertible its basically all stock except for the exhaust, i have pacesetter long tubes and a custom y-pipe. i installed my LS1 borla adjustable exhaust system and nothing seems to fit right at all. the pipe that goes over the y-pipe is too big ( i can fix that ) the pipe that goes over the axle wants to occupy the space where the frame is and on the down piece of the over the axle piece it hits the axle brace and rests on it. the part where you add the plates hits the heat shield for the gas tank and the muffler wants to be where the gas tank is and rests on the heat shield.... bith hanger mounts dont even come close to bolting up.... any advise? i get a horrible noise when i drive where it is all hitting, all over the place. not sure if i should post here or the exhaust forum but i have a convertible and im sure its only me with this problem any advise would be great.

The underside of very strong is the same as the coupes. So it should fit.
