Default What smog equipment does an 02 z06 have?

Need to know kinda soon. What smog related weguipment does an 02 z06 have?

EGR and Smog pump are the most important. Does it have both of those? Anything else you can think of?

THanks.

Anyone? I know it has an EGR, but does it have a smog pump?

It has an AIR system, but it doesn't use an engine-driven pump. The pump is electric and is located at the lower right rear corner of the engine compartment. They are often removed (for no good reason) when people put headers on, so if you need one, be sure the car you are looking at has it intact. New pumps are most of $200, plus hoses, etc.

EGR, AIR, PCV, cats, that's it. Pretty simple setup, really, and you can still get really good performance with it all in place.

Nothing you can't take off.

Well I think it's all removed from my car. I would pobably rather it just all be on there, but I didn't take it off. I just needed to know what kind of equipment it has to get it smogged tomorrow...

I'm also just curious what is actually removed on my car. So the AIR system is still a pump, it's just electric instead of engine driven?

Thanks guys.
