02' Z06... Heads and Cam HELP Hey i have a 02 Z06 and i want to start making it faster now that i am comfortable driving the car... I really want to get a newset of heads and a cam for the car and have no idea which one i should look into and how its done...
Also my fuel gauge keeps going bad and then reading again ne idea why that is??

Well I just got my 02 Z back from having a new h/c/i installed. Made 457rwhp and 400 rwtq. Mods are:
Trick Flow 215 heads milled to 59cc.
.650" springs
Yella Terra Ultra Lites rocker arms
232/234 595/598 comp cams camshaft
FAST 90/90 ported
Powerbond underdrive pulley
LS7 lifters and trays
Hi Pres oil pump
I'm pretty happy with the results. Car sounds great and regular driveability is pretty good.
As for the sticking gas gauge I've read that a few people started using chevron gas and/or gas treatment and that fixed the problem. Not really to sure on that though.
