No and no

I've had 8 C5's
6 coupes
a 01 Z06
and my Current 99FRC

I am 100% sure.

Why does the Z06 have a stiffer frame, is it the fixed roof? No, the fixed roof is just a glued on piece of plastic. It has the vert frame bracing added to the coupe frame
There's up to a 3Hz difference on the coupe with the roof on and off, how can you not expect the fixed roof to be that much more stiff? With all that extra bracing how is it lighter than the coupe still? Especially because the vert is a pig compared to the FRC.

You're thinking C6Z which is wider than the coupes with flared fenders.

Because it doesn't have a 90 pound hatch sitting over the trunk would be my guess

Your right it is just glued on the windshield but I was right it is the stiffest C5.

Depends on the context its being used in. It can mean at least 2 different things.

Fixed roof coupe
Fuel rail covers
