Looking for a supercharger? Vortech, Magnuson and ATI info w I've put together a list of the superchargers available for the C5 and Z06. I didn't list part numbers or pricing (that would make this even longer). That info can be found on our website or you can e-mail tbyrne@tbyrne.com to take advantage of our current discounts.
VORTECH
140+ horsepower gain
Vortech uses the V-2 SC-Trim supercharger with the Super Quiet gears, for nearly silent operation of the supercharger under idle and full throttle applications. This system comes with everything you need to bolt it on, including high capacity replacement fuel injectors, hi flow fuel pump assembly with wiring harness, a secondary cog drive system and more. A handheld ECM re-programmer is included with the kit to enable fuel and timing curve changes and to make operation hassle free. This kit will show you a 140+ horsepower gain to the rear wheels!
V2 CCW rotation SC-trim SQ supercharger uses 6-rib 3.60" pulley and secondary cog drive (30T/34T) producing 6.5 psi at 6500 rpm
Air/water charge air cooler (closed loop) increases performance and reliability of supercharger system and includes:

Cast aluminum mounting bracket mounts power steering pump and supercharger

MAGNUSON
100-110 horsepower gain - good low end power!
This all-new supercharger system utilizes the Magna Charger MP112 supercharger with internal bypass valve. Torque and horsepower output is improved from 1,500 rpm to 5,500 rpm, giving more "power under the curve" than any other supercharger system available. This is power that you will feel during normal daily driving! Increases in excess of 100+ horsepower and torque have been verified on chassis dynamometers.
C5/Z06 supercharger systems are complete with all components necessary for installation. Included in the kit is the patented equal length long runner cast aluminum intake manifold and all necessary hardware to complete the entire installation.
Other components in the system include new fuel injectors and extruded aluminum fuel rails. Factory "push lock connectors" are utilized in the fuel system for ease of installation.
The included computer programmer communicates with the factory ECU for proper calibration of the supercharger system. Transmission shift points, line pressures and converter strategies are optimized for use with the increase in torque and horsepower. Extended power train warranty is available for customer piece of mind.

Performance. Magna Charger will give your Corvette 63-125% more horsepower (from 1,500 rpm to 5,500 rpm), which makes it easier to accelerate from a stop light and merge onto a freeway or pass safer. This also gives it more "power under the curve" than another other supercharger system available.

The new H.O. Intercooled ProCharger system for 1997-2003 LS1 Corvette applications is now available, and produces 535 horsepower (flywheel) on stock motors running pump gas. Featuring the self-contained P-1SC-1 ProCharger and twin highflow intercooler system as standard equipment, this recently introduced ProCharger system produces the largest power gains available for the LS1 motor. The system is 100% complete, and a polished finish for the supercharger and bracket assembly, as well as a three-year supercharger warranty, are also standard. This system features the easiest installation of any intercooled forced induction system for the C5, and both the supercharger and intercooler system are compatible with additional power upgrades, as they both support over 750 horsepower.
This intercooled supercharger system creates 535 horsepower on an LS1 motor with 7 psi of highly efficient intercooled boost. The self-contained P-1SC-1 ProCharger (gear driven, with no need to punch a hole in the oil pan) and twin highflow intercooler system together produce the coolest charge air temperatures and greatest reliable power gains, as well as largest hp gains per pound of boost. The 7 psi pulley is standard, and a 5 psi pulley (which produces 490 hp) is also available. In addition to the components mentioned above, the HO Intercooled system also includes eight 38 lb/hr fuel injectors. For those with highly modified motors and/or wishing to do custom tuning, an Intercooled Serpentine Race Kit is also available, which includes the D-1SC ProCharger and excludes the fuel injectors, but is otherwise identical to the HO.
We are now offering custom programming for the ATI superchargers. The program will be set up for the supercharger and any other modifications that you have on the vehicle. The cost for this will be $450. You will just need to send your PCM in for programming when you start your install.
Each system should be available for the 2004 cars soon!
