buying a c5, need some help. high miles?
ok, I am in the market for a c5. I have around 9.5-10k to spend. i know its kind of low but thats about the price on kbb on a c5 with around 100k or more miles. I am looking at a few with around 120-140k miles on them. Is it worth it to buy a high mileage c5? anything I got to look for? any problems I should be aware about when buyer a c5 (most likely the earlier ones before 2001, they're cheaper lol). thanks

Check the Climate control display, on older vehicles it dims with age, annoying but easy to fix, a faulty hazard light switch affects turn signals after frequent usage, misc stuff like power seats and squeaks. Other than that I have no problem buying a higher mileage C5 as long as you dont mind fixing tedious things.
