Default Takin the z06 to the track tomorrow!

Whats up guys...Tomorrow im taking my c6z06 to the track for the first time! Just curious if you guys have any estimates on what you think i can get on an 8th mile track before i go...Mods are kooks 1 7/8's off road x, borla stinger cat back, kn cai, and lgg7x4 cam making 545rwhp....I have the 18 345 nt0-5 drag radials on the back and they hook pretty bad ***...I plan on babying it for the most part on about 3 runs. If i can pull off maybe 2.0 60 foot times what do you think i can pull out....7.0's or better?????????Probably lauch 2500 to 3200 rpms im guessing..........

3200rpm and slip the clutch a little with those tires you can 1.7 - 1.9 60ft.
I think you can do better than 7.0

Keep us posted and get some vids.

First pass 7.40's just testing it out.....Second pass my clutch went out!!! Shitty night but that car has tons of power left in it and i know i can easily get it in the 6's....Nothing like having your z06 towed home from the track...

def need some track time....It got cut really short this time...But it hooks like butter I shifted way to soon in first and really lost a lot of rpms so...It will take a few runs to get it down.........But the biggest mod coming soon is driving....

Haha...Actually the first time i took my 2009 ms6 to the track with boltons i about crashed it in the wall...That car was terrible with 19" nitto invos...Its amazing what a bad *** set of tires will do for you confidence tho....Z06 is WAY easier to drive than the 09 man....It aint going back til i get a set of coilovers and some nice tires....

A lower differental gear will help save the life of your clutch. Don't have to slip it near as much at launch with a lower first gear. With what you have done to your car you should see a 6.80 et 1/8 or better.
