Default Rules changed

I am building a project that uses a 02 Z06 engine. It's getting close to completion and I just checked the Ontario emissions standard and don'tyouknow they were changed effective July 2010. Previously it was based on the chassis year now its the manufacture of the engine.

So can anyone point to a place where I can find the various components of the 02 emissions compliance in the Z06.

I searched and found it's pretty simple, cats, and PCV and A.I.R. Now thats a question mark. Opinion please. Will it pass emissions without the pump?

it all depends on what they check and how they check it. I have passed here in Illinois with no cats, no AIR, and a huge cam. I stunk the place up and still passed.

The air pump is electric and only runs briefly on cold start. After that it is off until the next cold start.
