Default Need Help ASAP With Under-Drive Pulley!

I am just finishing up my cam swap and did a SLP Under-Drive Pulley along with it. But the main belt they tell you to get on the directions and website is a Gates 6PK1900 or Equivalent but it is too short and dose not work???? So did anyone know why or have this issue. I need my car up and running today so the sooner I can get some hep the better. Thanks in advance. Also this is for my 2002 Z06.

Here is the link to the UD Pulley.

Not sure about the SLP pulley but with the ASP pulley it takes a 77.5" long belt for the main drive and a 39.5 for the AC. The belt you are showing is a 74.8. That would be definitely too short if you had the ASP. Try the 77.5 and see if it works. A Good Year Gatorback number is 4060775.

It hit me right after i posted this and I looked on the Texas Speed and Performance website and got the belt they recommend for the ASP and what do you know it worked (the775 you told me about). I don't know why SLP has the wrong one on there website and for the directions.

That 41" belt is a lot longer than the 39.5 when it comes to the correct fit. 1 1/2" is a lot of difference. The SLP ac grooves of the pulley have to be larger than the ASP if the 41 works.

Yes you are correct the Belt SLP recommended for the A/C worked perfect I did not use the ASP one for that just the Main Belt.
