Default I shouldn't have done it......

Rode in my co-workers C6Z! It made both of my cars seem like my old Nissan Altima. I always read about them, saw the videos and kill postings, but damn. The power difference is rediculous. What can you do if you don't have 40k! I love my rides, but I gotta have it!

lol, I haven't ridden in one but my dad has. They are brutal fast cars stock. Sold my cammed C5Z to get one, hopefully next year. You can pickup some higher mile ones for mid 30's right now.

You could always put the LS7 in your C5.

I thought abou selling one not too long ago. But man you have to ride in one to understand the difference. It actually flet like I got tackled, I was in mid convo when he punched it at 60, and needless to say the speedo doubled in a very short time! I got in my car not more than five min later, did a 55 punch and was a little let down by the difference. 7 liters is a som' bitch!

I just saw a 06 C6Z06 with 69k miles go for $26,999 it was really clean and well taken care of. Once the C7 is out there all gonna be going for C5 Z06 prices, maybe a little higher for a few years but still a steal compared to what they cost retail.

Every year they get better and better rode in one last year. A guy on my base when I was in the Marines got one. My god it made me want to sell mine immediately and get one, everything about them is better.

Nope perfectly clean car. If the link was still up, I would show you but it's not anymore. You just got to do your research. Me and my buddy's find all kinds of crazy deals. Hell today I bought a Optimum Red top for $90.00 on here and it's brand new, guy got it 5 days ago had receipt and everything.

I wish the c5z's would come down a little...Mint with low miles are pretty damn expensive, i would love to add one of those little bad boys to the collection...I have a c6z and i miss the way the my little old c5 drove...Just seems like you can "feel" them a lot better...I also wish some zr1's would drop a little Anyone have any idea at all when the c7's might be coming out?????????

Lol - I haven't ridden in a stock C6Z but I'm sure it's pretty similar to my modded C5Z. Of course that sucks considering how much time and money I've put into my car just to roll with a stock C6Z! I still like the C5Z looks better and intend to keep this car and drop in a 427 someday.

Lol, man all I can say is don't do it! Lol, if you like the way your car drives, handles, etc.....don't do it unless you are about to purchase one! Every mod i had felt like a total waste once i rode in that damn thing! Old boy snatched her in and out of the lanes a few times and I couldn't even feel the car move to the next lane. Everything about the car was remarkable. I'm driving my better pick up just so my rides feel new again.

Just put a 7 liter in your current car. That's how I fixed that problem.

Full swaps got to be under 15 grand. probably cheaper...And thats a lot cheaper than buying a new car...Upgrade your baby and keep it...I have traded in and gotten rid of tons of cars in the past...You will regret it almost everytime....

I shopped the sales and the deals so I was able to get my LS7 block based 427 for under $10k. I used ported L92 heads so that saved some money ovr LS7 heads. This includes all of the adaptor harness and all of the other little goodies that are needed.
