c5 corvette tc/ah disable, removal?
Looking to make my 03 z06 more for drag racing. Skinnies in the front slicks in the rear. Ive read about tire sizing messing with the active handling. How can this be disables? I plan on lg drag spindles and 15" wheels out back. Rear tire i want to run is 29" tall.

Theres a button to disable them on the console. Owners manual says press for 5 seconds but for mine its more like ten. I turn traction control off and leave active handling on... just in case lol

There is also a plug in controller that will allow you to set which mode the car goes into. The LapTrax controller allows this. With it you can set it to default to AH, or off completely.
You might consider setting it to Competitive Driving mode which allows wheelspin, but if you "loose it" AH will kick in and help save the car for you. So, say you get out of the groove and the car decides to try and come around, AH, can kick in and help save you.
