Here you go: this would be looking at the connector #1 would be far left #5 would be far right.
1 - Bk - Ground
2 - YE - Park signal
3 - YE - Accessory Voltage
4 - PU - High speed
5 - D-GN - Low speed

What does the wiring look like from the motor to the column switch ? Does it go through a BCM or is it wired directly ? how many wires coming out of the wiper switch ?
I am trying to determine if this motor is a good candidate for a retrofit app. The motors are easy to find. The schematic not so much.
