Corvette SS
The local Chevy dealer is accepting deposits on the new blown ZO6 I assume this is the Blue Devil/SS whatever it'll be called. I know personaly of one person who put the cash down. Anyone else here doing the same or know any more facts on the car. I was told 660hp and was costing $109K he currently has a 06' ZO6.

Blue Devil? That was just a factory Z06 straight off the assembly line that everyone freaked out about because it ran such good times. They thought for sure that it was some special edition. It was just a factory blue C6 Z06. Hence "Blue Devil".

That off-again/on-again super-Corvette is definitely on, according to General Motors performance cars chief Tom Wallace.
Wallace, who replaced recently retired Corvette chief engineer Dave Hill, tells AutoWeek the biggest challenge facing the so-called Blue Devil Corvette is figuring out how to get 600 hp to the ground in such a way that it can be handled by a driver with the money to buy the car.
Wallace said GM is considering requiring that Blue Devil—and even Z06—buyers attend a driver school as part of the price of admission.
