Arrow Does your Corvette look like this?

Here is my pride and joy. Hopefully yours doesn't look like this, haha.







Getting the rear differential out wasn't too difficult, just time consuming. I took several photos and will be writing a how-to on this for LS1TECH.

Awesome Tony. Cool of you to tackle it by yourself.

I'm sure you already know, with your knowledge....but whatever you do, don't use aor tools to re-install the cradle....only hand tools.

Good pics, can't wait to read the how to. You seem to know your stuff. If I had the money for the tools, I might have tackled some of the stuff that I had to pay to have done on my car. What camera you got?? Very good resolution. I got a 5.0 mega pixel SONY cybershot. I thought it took good pics, yours are even better. Looking fwd to the how to.

Just used a cheap Sony 5.0 mp camera on these photos. Reduced them in size and sharpened them via photoshop.

I'm going with a DTE rearend and 3.90 gears.

Hey man might want to upgrade the mainshaft in the tranny. I have seen many vettes in town with less power than your shear the mainshaft off in the diff.

Upgrade the main shaft. I can go to the shop right now Tony and show you how the splines strip. this was only on a heads and cam car too.
