go with lg or american racing headers
borla, corsa, or b&b catbacks
halltech or callaway air kit
w/ all the above and a tune should put you close to 500rwhp!!!
if you want more wake it up w/ a bigger cam!

Ditto.

[No need to swap the catback, just get the switch.]

Had a friend that tried both American Racing and LG headers...LG made about 30% more power...hp and tq. No need to swap catback unless you want a different sound. Same as above...tune, CAI. Decent cam will really wake it up. Buddy is at 550rwhp with all the above.

I know these arnt just easy bolt-ons but......
Just wait about 3-4 months and APS will have there Twin turbo system out for the Z06. When the kit comes out they say it will run reliable on low boost. LG told me that they will be selling this kit, and will also be adding lower compression pistons to customers that want to turn up the boost! (for an added cost).

Or Go the super charger route. MTI in Houston told me they will have a system out for the Z06 in about 3 months.

The place to start is to modify the driver, not the car.

A driver whose techniques are dialed-in will smoke the car that has the additional 40-60 rwhp from mods and an average driver. Improved driving is free. Just takes learning the techniques and then practice, practice, practice.

Few owners will be able to extract max acceleration from a stock C6Z much less one with even more rwhp.

Might also note that in our area, warranty claims on the drive train are being denied by the zone/district reps if the ECU has been tuned.

Can't you dispute that in court under the magnusson/fergusson(or something to that extent) act and prove tuning didn't do the damage. Or is it to difficult to prove it wasn't your tunings fault?
