Default Anyone with pics of underneath car

I need some pics of underneath on a C-5 without trans or frame in if you have them . Im trying to get an idea for my solid axle conversion. Thanks again for any help. If anyone knows the distance from wheel mount to wheel mount with the suspension loaded Id appreciate that also.

If you went with a solid rear, where would you put the tranny? Whatever you are thinking, it wouldn't be cost-effective. You might as well go with your own tube-frame chassis and mount everything conventionally and then figure out a way to attach the body. Or maybe take your drivetrain and stuff it in an F-body.

This link should have all the pics you need to see the difficulty in what you suggest .

Those are good pics of pretty much what I needed.

I have done my research and to get a bulletproof powerglige, 9inch,and suspension in the car it will end up costing about 7500-8000 dollars. There are many people that would say this is alittle crazy but I plan on going high to mid 8's and dont want to worry about the stock rear constantly blowing out.

Everyone trys to put th400's in ,or 4l80e's but it still wont fix the rearend problem. Plus there is no real way to dial the suspension in on a C-5 to different track conditions.

Yes Ive seen those. That is similar to what Im going to do. None of those pics really show the body attaching points . I also think I can use more F-body off the shelf parts for mine. We'll just have to see.
