Default C5 420 rwhp

Guys,
What should 420 rwhp in a C5 A4 run? That's assuming around 1.6 to 1.5 60'. What mph? Trying to figure my combo for my goals. Thanks!

450 rwhp?....with a 1.5 60ft?.... i'd say bottom 11's with the possability of tens with that 60 ft. @ maybe 120ish? give or take a mph?

Man had a good question.....which gear are you running?

That's a pretty good guess. My car makes slightly more than that (430) and ran a best of 10.69 @ 126.62 mph, with a 1.451 60 foot time. I have posted many runs in the 10.70 range at 124-125. With 3.15 gears you should be in the 11s. How low in the 11s will depend on the converter stall as well as a few other details.

The converter is a 4000 stall 2.4 str. Heads, cam, intake and pulley is on order. I think 420 hp should be possible.

Micah, what are you shooting for?

I am shooting for a solid 11.5 on drag radials with my setup, I believe it is possible, but realistically, it is probably very high 11s.

From what it looks like it shouldn't be a problem.

Damn, my driving must suck. My best so far has been 12.23 with a 1.86 - 60. The car makes 440 on a mustang dyno, it has a 3000 stall and 3.42 rear. What am I doing wrong? I have spray but haven't used it at the track yet because I thought my on-motor #'s should be better first.
