Yes it will fit. The most common street tire you will find for the size it a 315/30/18. They are a little short compared to the stock 295/35/18, but will work ok.

I run a 315/30/18 BFG DR and it fits fine on my stock Z06 rears.

they will fit...

i run R2's..... 305-35's and they fit no prob.

you can go 2 sizes larger..... So 295, 305, 315

I had the 305 R2's but on and that but the R's on. So I'm waiting for my R2's and I think im going to stay with the 305 for my first set of rears (which will last 2 weeks, haha)

here's the 315 BFG 18", works/fits great on stock wheel. Going with a 345 BFG as a street tire, as I have tubbed it. (no it does not stick out)

The flow of the C5's body line doesn't look so great with a big rear sticking out!

It does not stick out any farther than a stock tire/wheel combo. Remember, it's stock Z06 18" wheel, it's the pic that makes it look like it sticks out. Now there may be a slightly larger blug in tire, but really doesn't show.

I believe the 315 is .5 shorter, so you end up with a .250 lower ride hieght.

No tubbing needed and i did it after the fact so as to run 345's now.

I have 315/30 on Pilots on mine, no problems at all.
