Now before you say kit car .... this is not. Mongoose Motorsports near Medina Ohio has completed it's prototype GTP Corvette replica and will soon be manufacturing them for sale. The prototype currently has a stock LS7 and has an estimate speed of 200+ mph. The pictures below were taken on 6/2 at the Cleveland stop of the Hot Rod Power tour.

Back Street Performance (The shop that tunes my car) have been working with Mongoose Motorsports to complete this car. They will be tuning on their dyno and speed testing it very soon. Back Street Performance also does a lot of work with Mallott Cars.

Wicked looking car. Looks to have great downforce potential and is very lightweight. I bet she'd be fun to drive on a banked track.

Hmmmm.... any more info on it? Will it be a kit car like the GTM Supercar?

No. It is a completely manufactured vehicle. I was told $100K range.
...Although they do make other kits.
