The Z is back
After nearly 2 months of being down with a broke differential the car is back on the road. I replaced my destroyed Stage 2 DTE diff with a Stage 4+. The rear end showed up this morning at 9 am, and the gang over at Futral got it all in and together before the end of the day. I am glad to be back on the road again, and working on my break in mileage. Now it is time to fill out and mail off my warranty info.

Congrats Sig, sounds ready for some abuse when broken in!
I just got home and am working on my fuel pressures woes at WOT...may throw the stock pump back in...and ditch racetronics all together.

Hey Mark, I am glad to hear you are back on the road. You put down some coin for the stg IV I am sure. I think the stg V is 4200 or so, how much for the stg IV. Hopefully it holds up to all that power you will be sending to it.
BTW I made it to the track finally. Look in the 12 sec club (12.3 only due to lack of traction) Fadi also caught my slowest run 12.33 @ 120.6 Follow the link he put up. Later Mark and stay in touch.

Don't feel bad Mark, it is beautiful up here right now and I am doing another 16 hour shift. So my car is sitting in a private parking area ( Cops Only, no public access ) just waiting for me to fire her up and drive her hard on the way home.

I was at the track getting ready to test out the new stroker setup. I was on et streets and proceeded to launch the car. I had made two successful easy runs before and was still getting use to the setup. This was the third run. I came off the clutch (3500 rpms) and heard a loud pop. The car still moved, but made horrible noise when turning and had a delay when moving from a stop.

No real differences from before except it now can move down the road again.
Ross, feel free to call me with any questions you have about FRCs or Z06s.
