224/228/ or 228/230 Duration - Lift between .580-.600 -LSA 114 for a "burble" at idle or a 112 LSA for a moderate "choppy" idle.
These duration specs will still have/keep low end, and scream up top, expect a 35-55rwhp gain depending on supporting mods, very good street cam...
Don't venture too high into the 230 range, it will have trade-offs.. been there, done that.

I had that one 1st... it was a nice improvement over a stock (LS1) cam... but I got bored after a month or two... then went bigger.
Do it right the 1st time around.. it's cheaper in the end and will make you happier.

Don't forget some new Comp 918 valvesprings and hardened pushrods. ($170/springs, $100/pushrods, $60 in gaskets/crankbolt, $50 pizza/beer)
