welcome me into the c5 family! Today I sought a c5 vette. I knew I was going home in one, I just didnt know which one. I played with some dealers, got to test drive a few vettes ( 99, 01, and an 04, and a 00) Of all the things before today you could not sit me into a vert. Simply because I thought of them girly. But I looked around for my price rang, and this one place had 5 c5's two verts 3 hatch and i fell in love with a black on black vert with all the nice things that I had made plans to get (drilled slot rotors, headers, and more) the only thing is that it is a "zo6 clone" and has the badging, break vents, grill, suspension upgrade, alot of money went into the looks as well as the motor, Im going to a car show with $20 dyno's to see what she lays, Im looking for 385-420 to the wheel. but I will get pics tomorrow!

17k for the 00 with 99k miles (high but not bad price with lots of goodies!)

Congrads on the purchase, A stock A-4 should put down 300 RWHP, a Six Speed about 310 RWHP, let us know what ya get 
If it has the LS6 you should get about 350 RWHP. Hope it works out for ya and your RWHP comes in where your hoping.

car is far from stock, I have patriot heads, z06 cam(not big), hooker headers corsa exhaust volant intake, and ls6 intake....so that why i said round 450ish but thanks tho!

Sounds like you found yourself a nice deal. With all the upgrades, the only thing that I'd personally change, is the Z06 badges...it ain't one! Never will be one. The other mods that are from Z06's are cool, and they have a purpose, but the Z06 badges have to go man.
Post some pics and dyno numbers asap.

i feel the same about the badging, as soon as I saw that I said "yeah...those are going as soon as i get to it" trust me im not a poser i know what it is and what its not... going to get pictures asap but i got to work a double tomarrow and get up early friday, looks like saturday is the day for the full clean up.
Funny story I was about to take my car to the shop because I found out i was going like 70mph and was freaking out becuase if I dropped to the speed limit it would seem i was going like twenty...funny thing is i had it on kmph so showed me how stupid I was...
