Default I need a tranny opinion!

Well 1 week before I was going to ship my car to VA from Texas, my buddy calls and says my vette won't go into any gear but 4th! SOOOO, it just got rebuilt 6 months ago and 2000 miles ago! I'm sure my buddy was ragging my **** but does this mean he was banging gears without the clutch! Does this mean that all the gears are wound up? My dealership just took the tranny off the car and I was asking about my extended warrenty to my dude and he says that they might give me **** because of my DR's and my electric dumps...

What do you guys think?

You took it into the dealer with DR's on? Did it have a number written on the window from the local drag strip too?

I've had excellent results with RPM transmissions. I would assume they would have no problem shipping one to your dealer, who can install it, and then ship back your original one (broken) as a core.

The time slips on the passenger seat don't help either

does it go in gear with the car off? if so it might be a clutch or hydraulic issue.
